happy sober birthday to me
just read my emails and found a happy birthday message from sober recovery,
thank you for that SR ,i thought i'd come and let you know i'm doing great and feeling fine, i'm not going to drink and i have no desire to,
yesterday my son visited and brought me a card AND a bottle of red wine,
i have told him over and over i am no longer drinking, but he obviously dosent believe me, i poured it away after he had gone, i guess it will be a long time before people believe i dont actually want to drink poison any more,
hope everyone else is ok today,
