Name one word that best describes your sobriety
For me, that word is 'patience.'
It's one thing that I have noticed above all the others while I have been sober. I didn't initially sense this but as time went on I feel it.
There was a certain anxiety that alcohol gave me that isn't there anymore. Now I can be more patient with my actions. If it can wait I let it wait. If it cannot wait I do it right away. When before when I drank I always thought everything had to be done right away. It was very taxing to my energy level.
