Ninety
Double congratulations, Noble. I can't imagine doing a 90 mile bike ride!
Just shows how anything is possible once you are determined and put your mind to it.
Really pleased for you for both of your amazing achievements!!

Dear Noble
Really, well done. Like you, I passed my 90 mark this month and it really was a great milestone. I am amazed how many things in life have improved in this period. I am not saying it has been without its challenges and problems but I am incredibly grateful to have got this far.
I feel a bit of a change in mood now the 90 mark is passed. I need to make sure I don't lose my vigilence.

Congratulations...............Hobbies are a great way of keeping the mind and body busy.
My best friend is my Guitar...........I also cycled in my early Days.
I must take it up again.............. To find Time.
I have taken up Social Dancing.....I night a week..............with my Wife......great.
Not one of the group of about 60 of us bother with Alcohol.........water with a touch of orange to keep us cooled down............lol

Perhaps at that point I'll begin counting years instead of days.
I started cycling when I stopped drinking as a way to get fit, quell my restlessness, and focus my mind and free time. I ride with a club of cyclists much better than I, but I am learning and beginning to catch up.
Long distance rides are zen to me; when climbing thousands of feet in altitude on hilly roads and bombing down them at 40+ mph, there is simply not much room in my mind to get caught dwelling on anything, just 100% focus on the challenge directly in front of me. A good mindset for staying sober, it seems.

That's amazing! Very cool way to celebrate
Yes, this sound like a great attitude, here#s to many more sober days to come for you!

Awesome job on the 90 days N/C. Joining a bike club seems like a really great way to test your limits. To stay alive you've got to stay hungry, never lose your zeal and passion for life and never let the fire inside you burn out. Again, congrats on the 90 mile marker.
