Today is 6 months.

Yep, 6 months sober today. Not really had any thoughts about going back to the sauce. Maybe I partied so hard for so many years I got it out of my system? Dad says im lucky to have realized it at such a young age, as it took him nearly a decade longer. (im 29 btw) Just thought I would share.

Congrats! That's wonderful! How are you feeling now? What are some of the benefits of being sober for six months? And what was the hardest thing you faced getting sober?

Fantastic on your 6 months! And even better, being able to share your sober experiences with your Dad. Great stuff.

Thats the funny thing, it really has not been hard. I have had little to no cravings. The benefits are huge though. I feel amazing and im not throwing up in the mornings after a hard night! I have taken my business from not making any money to having to hire on people and now it actually makes money!!! I get a ton more accomplished. Granted im working a ton harder, but I think its worth it.
