One of my biggest accomplishments since being sober is that I can now drive my car again. The booze mixed with my other medication caused me to stop driving all together. I'm now driving 30 minute trips each way and I wouldn't trade having a drink to being able to drive again. I have my freedom back. I can now go to the shops, shopping centres, drive my friends around (which I'm happy to do) and most of all I'm independent again which I love. Words cannot describe how good I'm feeling about this major event in my life since being in recovery. 65 days sober today and going strong! Could never imagine this life while on the drink, I feel amazing!

I am 10 months sober and STILL get a huge kick out of driving after 4pm! It's the little, and not so little things.
