Frustriert, I just joined this today but found your post extremely refreshing. It's encouraging believe it or not to hear such honesty in what you are saying. I know the self-loathing factor. It's probably one of the worst feelings in the world. I've battled depression for years. And trying to stay sober along with that can be quite a challenge. I hope you're having a better day today. Hang in there.

I am having a better day, a better week. Staying away from everything this time around so that is a good thing.
