From today I will be a free man for the first time in over 9 years. Sobriety certainly has its benefits. :a122:

Its amazing when I look back and actually see progress for the first time in my adult life. I thank God and Bill for that, in that order.

Fantabulous!!! Though I was only on papers for 5 years, and got released 16 months early, it was like a HUGE weight lifted off my shoulders in one respect, but it was also like "wow, this recovery stuff really works...just another day in a life moving forward":)

Funny thing was, when we got robbed at work the 2nd time, I'm sitting there with blood pouring down (got pistol whipped) and they ran all OUR names? I remember the relief of knowing they weren't going to find a damned thing under my name:)

As my dad would say..."ya done good"!!

Actually I am on house arrest, kinda like probation on steroids.
