Grinding of Teeth...?

Has anybody experienced this while drinking or the day after?

What does this mean? I've been drinking for years, but I have noticed it along the way. What does this mean. I'm not on any other drugs. Thanks.

I've ground my teeth for years...as it was explained to me, it's a stress thing - it's not related to drinking at all for me.

Do you think it might be the sign of some inner turmoil dwd?

Check with your dentist, if it's a continuing problem you can get a mouth guard to wear while you sleep, grinding your teeth at night can also be the cause of headaches during the day.

I'm a teeth grinder, have been for years. I was told years ago it was a stress thing. I tend to grind them less now that I'm drinking just because my stress level isn't as high any more.

Meditation has helped me in so many ways, especially when my stress factor is on overload.
