I'm GREAT

Hi everyone..long time no post...
I wanted to check in and say that I have been doing really good. I am taking things one day at a time, and have learned so much from the CODA meetings I have been to.
My daughter has made a real turn around. Yes, she is still behind in school, but as far as drive, and personality goes, she is really trying to catch up, and be a part of the class she should graduate with.
I want to thank the SR community, for all the support, and the understanding that I have received here. I have been working my program, and being so thankful for what I have been given.
Everyone can do this. All you have to do is give yourself a chance. I believe in each and every one of you reading this. I will keep checking in, and encouraging everyone. If I can do it, anyone can....

It still amazes me how much of an impact that learning and putting that knowledge to practice has turned around a once hopeless addict as myself. Yes, if a chronic alcoholic like myself can do it, by golly anyone can recover from the pits of hell that is alcoholism..
