Well, there ya go. In exchange for driving the drunk ones home, they can pay for your part of the lunch. With gas prices being what they are, I don't see how any of them could find that unfair. If they don't like that idea, then asking for a separate check at the beginning will work, too. Either way, you will be getting your point across without being in any way discourteous.
