Opportunities popping up everywhere!!!

Hi everyone! Since being in recovery now for 16 months, I'm so happy to say that my buisness is doing soooo much better!!! it's amazing!! so many wonderful opportunities have come my way these past few months I'm thrilled!! it shows me that I'm doing something right in my recovery!!

I take my responsibilites more seriously...and jump at opportunities rather than let them go by! it's an amazing transformation..... For everyone new to recovery...it REALLY does get better...my life was going down the drain fast prior to recovery..so keep on keep'in on...life gives you what you make of it..and it can be soooo good!!!

Thanks for the post! That makes me really happy, and is very encouraging to someone like me who has been struggling to maintain sobriety! Hooray for hope!

It's been a long journey, still facing some obstacles (dui court coming up in june) but otherwise feeling positive and for once really embracing what life is bringing me.....which I didn't do a whole lot of before....I really can't see myself living anyother way now...

Yes, I think that embracing what life is bringing to me has been such a shift in perspective for me in my recovery. I really had lived my life limited by fear, and fear of anything new kept me from growing.
