What country? Which bay? Who did the doc and when?

it says in the description that he's been arressted 450 times for being drunk. Its on ebay for sale in australia.

I own the DVD. It documents 15 years in the life of an alcoholic man. It shows the progression of the disease both physically and mentally. Very sad.

'Rain In My Heart' is also excellent...it can be found on youtube. It is very graphic and can be tough to watch for some people.
