Why don't you start at the beginning....when and how you began to drink...when you realized you had a problem. The act of sharing a little about yourself is often a good way to start.

I decided I'm not quitting. At least for now. I was thinking about it and the only thing that is bad about my drinking is that I feel bad about it. Why should I? Everything else is fine. I sincerely appreciate everyone's help and kind words. Best of luck to you all.
