Sobriety clock......

Hi All.....

I keep setting my Sobriety Clock. But when I go back to check it, it's not there. It's like I never set it. :rotfxko

Does it not keep calculating hours, minutes, seconds, heartbeat until you either reset it or cancel it?

Anyone know?

I guess I don't really know..

But as far as for me, I don't really worry about it too much... I check it maybe every couple weeks if I'm curious at about exactly how much time I have of sobriety... As far as I'm concerned all that matters is that I'm sober and alive today.

Its does not remember you, you have to enter the date each time.

Good to see you again VL...:yup:

How are you doing?

MsCooterBrown 04-17-2011 12:45 PM

Hi VL! Doin good? All I know is be sure to enter the correct year..otherwise..much to my horror..it calculates your time in the negative. One would think I would be adjusted to 2011-it is not a new year any more..but no. I still punch in 2010.

If you have an iPhone, there is an app that costs a buck called "12 Step Companion" that tracks your sober time in hours, days, months and years. It also has the Big Book in its entirety, for when you need something to read on the bus. :)

You can use the one at AA History, which does save the date. Hit the "Click 1st" and "Click 2nd" buttons, and it will be there the next time you pull it up.

Here you go, it's free and you can have it on your puter.

It is a safe download, I have had it on my pc and both my laptops with no problems.
