Every Day of Our Lives
Every day of our lives we are on the verge of making those slight changes that would make all the difference. ~Mignon McLaughlin
As alcoholics every day is a new day and we can only take one day at a time, but every day that we choose not to drink we have made all the difference in our lives.
We are all human and sometimes we slip up or sometimes we just get too wrapped up in our thoughts "thinking" about what it would be like to have that drink. But when we are able to lay our heads down on our pillows each night "sober", whether we realize it or not we have actively chosen to make a change in our lives and that change, for that one day, in the end will make all the difference in the world.
