That's eerie. Yes I'm familiar with Uptown. I live near Clark and Wilson. Lots of drinking and drugging on that street. I've lived here for 3 years use to live in Lakeview which was nicer but more expensive.

Oh boy... Heheh, I live "by that McDonald's" as people say... Yeah it's s***sville over here. Couple of shootings made the news last year, I walked upon the aftermath while the cops were taping things off... Another reason for the slow taper! I was telling the doctor there's no way I am quitting before August at the earliest because summers are sheer hell here. Drug dealers and gang bangers up and down the street.
With the security guard inside, drunks outside ect... There is a lot of meetings and help on the North Side though thats for sure. Take care
