one week down

this is the 7th sober day for me.. I don't have too much to say but I do feel a lot of emotions still. Very excited mostly. this site has sure helped out a lot glad i came across it

you got past the hard part so try to keep yourself occupied and stay away from people, places, and things that might make you slip. those first 7 days are where i always fail. its important to stay busy man so find some new hobbies. you'll feel a little better everyday now. cogratz!

Excellent! Congrats! When it gets hard try to remember "right now" opposed to "tomorrow and the next day and the day after that and next week..." Right now, this one moment which is all we have anyway.
