Well today I'm on day 4 but the weekend will be the real test. This week in the evening I wasn't sure what to do with my time after making supper & taking the dogs out etc, so I went to bed. About 1/2 way through O'Reilly. Needed the sleep anyway.
I feel better. Don't have to worry about hiding bottles, buying bottles, worry about my breath in the morning or reeking from alcohol oozing out of my pores.
