Natural suppliment aids?

Just wondering if anyone has tried any natural herbs or remedies with any luck to curve cravings from a health food store?
Thanks for any tips or advice

Back in November when I was still drinking I read a book called "My Way Out" by Roberta Jewell that talked a lot about herbs and supplements for alcoholism. I started taking the herb Kudzu and the amino acid L-Glutamine three times a day along with B-Complex vitamins, evening primrose oil, passion flower, omega-3 and milk thistle to help with liver damage my drinking had caused.

It might be a placebo effect but within days of starting these supplements I was able to stop drinking. I've been alcohol free since 01/29/10 and I can honestly say I don't want to drink. I'm doing a lot of mental work but I do think the supplements have helped a lot with the physiology of my addiction to alcohol.

Please check with your doctor before buying anything
Test can be done to find out what you need ..if anything.

I did and I followed an eating plan for hypoglycemia
then took a daily generic Multivitamin + B Complex.

I consider that was helpful ...within a few months I was
back in balance both mentally and physically...

No need to purchase and use things you may not need.
Some stuff can do more harm...especially to your liver.
Is there anything even wrong with your liver? OR BLOOD OR ???

Good to see you again....how are you doing with your sobriety?
