oh my these headaches

This is my 11th day and the headaches have been bugging me off and on in a minor way since I quit, but over the past 2 days they're more intense and more frequent. About an hour ago I downed 3 aspirin, for the 3rd time today, but these damn headaches won't go away. When does it stop?

Otherwise I feel great, more lucid, and I don't even really want a drink (though I still think about it a few times a day).

I started getting headaches when I quit drinking... but it wasn't from the drinking.

Did you used to drink a lot of coffee for hangovers, etc? If so it could just be caffeine withdrawl. I had pounding headaches and it took me a little while to buy a Mountain Dew and put 2 and 2 together.

Could be other explanations, for sure. However, headaches aren't a symptom I remember many other people talking about here.

You might have unresolved issues on your mind, issues alcohol used to subdue. Think thats what the other steps are for.
