90 days today
 

I don't do meetings or anything, I've been white knuckling it for better or worse, but I hit 90 says today, and nobody even knows it. So I just wanted to share with someone.

Congratulations and welcome!!! I tried the white-knuckling thing when I first stopped crack, but it didn't work. After I relapsed, I came here, a LOT and read. I was a lurker...waited another 6 months before signing on:)

The support, and help here has been tremendous. There is SO much more than just putting down the drug or drink, and life may not be a bed of roses, but I wouldn't trade my life, today, for anything:)

Congrats on 90 days.

I made it to 180 days white-knuckling and then almost relapsed.

Then, I jumped into a full program of recovery and I have almost 2 years now. I'm quite happy now.

White Knuckling isn't much fun. So, why not give a program of recovery a try?
