What do you drink instead of alcohol?

I am just wondering what your drink of choice is instead of alcohol.

Coffee of course. You're not a "real" AA member unless you drink a gallon of coffee a day.

Seltzer water--I like the bubbles--coffee, real tea (PG Tips) and herbal teas.

When I first quit drinking beer I was looking for a replacement. There isn't one, of course. Now I just drink what I have a taste for. I think that was a breakthrough for me, the day I looked in the frig and realized I wasn't thinking, "What could I have instead of a beer???"

Water, ginger ale and coffee. Ginger ale is when I get home, it's really cold and if I get a craving for a beer it really helps

La Croix in the water section of the grocery store. Different flavors of water, no fat or calories or sugar.

Coffee only in the morning otherwise it makes me irritable and edgy. Me = chemically sensitive!

Milkshakes are pretty heavenly too...

1/2 caff coffee in the morning. I gave up on making herbal tea one cup at a time, now I put 12 bags in the coffee maker and sip on it most of the day.

Tea, coffee (a cup of each, every day). I alternate Hot chocolate and herbal every other night. During the day I drink water or if I'm eating out I drink soda/lemonade, iced tea.

Chamomile tea has helped me a lot. It seems to have an active ingredient that calms me more than just from sipping a warm beverage. You know how alcohol just felt different from soda, even just one sip? That's how chamomile feels compared to other herbal teas. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing, but it supposed to be very healthy.

I drink freshly squeezed orange juice made from wild oranges flown in from the deep forests of Brazil. I then add a splash of juice from cherries, peaches, and pears (all hand picked from the finest orchards from around the world) that I have sauteed to a dark rich color. Finally, I top it off with flakes of cinnamon that have been aged to brilliant perfection (no less than 25 years). I serve it with freshly washed mint leaf, grown from my own hydroponic garden.

Actually, that's all bullsh!t. I'm on break at work and I was bored.

I usually drink what's on sale - generic soda, water, and protein shakes.

Lol! Untoxicated, I believed you up until the phrase "that I have sauteed to a dark rich color" - at first I thought, "jeez..this person is really rich and really fussy!"

Ha ha. :rotfxko
