Hi everybody!!
Theres been alot of talk about feelings on the board lately....This month will mark my one year sobriety!! time really goes by!! I had some bumps over the holidays but for the most part I felt so alive....like everything was in 3-D.... I actually experienced Christmas and the holiday season like never before....I can't even describe it....maybe its called a spiritual awakening!! I don't know...I was always the one to run from feelings....good or bad......either to heighten the experience or to drown it away....this year I felt it all......sober.....and it felt amazing....just to feel.......I'm looking so forward to my new life in 2011....good/bad I will feel it!!!!
