Liver detox pills?
Nope. Detoxing from alcohol is serious business. The withdrawal symptoms can be medically dangerous. Depending on how much you've been drinking, you may want to see your doctor. Read this (courtesy our able forum leaders):

Those liver 'detox' pills and such are not to quiet the withdrawal symptoms. They won't take away the anxiety or feeling like crap. Best thing is to get medical help/supervision during your detox to be safe and more comfortable.
Another thing that is good for the liver is Lemon juice.
I keep a couple in the fridge to spruce up my waters from time to time. Its a real treat for my pallet.
I've tried some of those detoxing teas from various brands but can't really attest to how well they work. The Yogi brand was a good flavor in my opinion but i would always recommend researching (google) the ingredients and see what effects they have on the body.
