So true! How ironic that I spent so many years using alcohol to try to keep this stuff down - how could I not have noticed that it just makes things worse? Maybe I just saw what I wanted to see...

Day 13 - still not sleeping the best, and mentally a bit all over the place, but the rest of the physical stuff seems to have sorted itself out.

Physically I felt better after the first month. Mentally it took a while at 5 months I'm really starting to think clearly and remebering things better.
