Shaking

I've had a couple of people mention to me that I'm shaking even though I feel fine and I don't notice it. Has this happened to anyone else?

My shakeing was directly connected to my
active alcoholism....hangovers and first 4 days of de toxing.

I could see my hands shakeing.....feel internal quivers.
I did not have pain with the shakes....but was ashamed
when others noticed.

Once I quit drinking ...the shakes stopped.

I hope the same is true for you....and checking with
your doctor is always wise.
There is no way to tell for certain what is happening.

I had shakes when withdrawing from alcohol and during all the "hangovers" I had towards the last years of drinking. It was withdrawal related for me.

I also had shakes many years ago from caffeine. I was drinking an unholy amount of coffee when I had a hectic schedule and when I removed coffee from my diet it stopped.

Please have this checked out with your Dr. if you are concerned.

I also had the shakes due to hangovers/withdrawals. If you don't think that yours is related to those things, then you should definitely get it checked out.
