Wow, I'm surprised by some of the replies to Isiah's post.
Isiah, i agree with you. For me it, I've been in a fog for so long it's a wonderful feeling to start feeling optimistic again and thinking of the future and making plans. I do lists as well and like yours they mostly focus on Family, friends, graditude and healthy living. I see nothing wrong with that.
