Good morning everyone... it's a rainy bad day here as I'm on the east coast... I've been kind of sick lately like many in my area due to this insane weather change. October already, man ... still feeling kind of lost in my own self that I don't know my own self entirely and that is very depressing. Uhh... like I said, just poking around... 10 days without the alcohol and I'm glad of that, I just hope it gets better from here really, that's what I fear, that it won't and I'll be a permanently damaged person forever even if I never go near the drug of my choice again.

I'm on the east also and it's rainy and about 55 degrees. I haven't turned the heat on yet either so it's chilly inside!

60 days sober now. One of the things I think about is how it feels like I am now picking up where i left off 8 years ago. What I mean is where i left off my life and started drinking. Where the hell have I been for 8 years??

I hope to see you continue to rack up the days sober. I remember not long ago i was there. It gets easier just as people told me when I was there.

Congrats on your 11 days. I too am on the cold rainy October east cost. I remember my first 11 days, time seemed to go so slow. After that it got faster.....
