keep this in mind because i do for me.

it took me 13 years to get a month of sobriety. as long as i've been here or as long as i can remember you've been struggling for a solid week.

so say to yourself...it took me 6 or 10 months or whatever it was to get a week and always hold on to that. each time you drink it gets harder to string together time.

i'm so proud of you, you made my day!
