update-i've spent the majority of the lasty 2 days in my solicitor's office-have had to go for a non-molestation ex partie order-equivalent to an injunction-and giggle if you want but while i was reading through the email he sent me-she-ex-knocked on my door-i held resolute and after 40 minutes of me saying "go away youu're nbo good for me" she finally got the message-i've got more court in the morning and then friday am off to a clinic for a week's detox-so i might not be on here for a bit
