Hi all, I've been messing up a LOT lately... I feel good that I'm getting a better grip on it; got some new techniques... that really seem to work other than prayer, SR/family support and more.

First it's thinking about how bad it would be for me in health, then how when I'm drinking I'm only guilty and I have to drink tons to get a buzz that doesn't even last, how I want to get better in health and how I would be in the morning!!

Congradulations to you! Today will be my 1st day sober as well. I can do it... it's the next days to come that get harder. But just remember we can do it. I know for me it is going to be a huge struggle but I NEED to. It is time. My kids need me sober finally.
