And grouchy. Hope you are all well. Sorry for the boring and frequent updates. It helps me get by.

Don't apologize for posting, that's what SR is for.

Someday, you will look back on the false starts.

Hope you feel better tomorrow (((sleepie)))

Hey Sleepie and Poprocks!

Good going! Hang in there, the beginning is a bit tough, but the rewards of sobriety are sooooo worth it!

You shouldnt appologize for udating frequently. Its good to stick close to a support network early in sobriety and get support. And especially if it is helping to keep you from giving in to the desire to drink.

I quit smoking a little over 3 weeks ago and I am sticking close to a group I have bonded with. It helps a lot,an helps me to stay focused on staying quit. i figure anyone who gets sick of reading it can just use their ignore button cause I aint leaving. And I hope you keep posting here as much as you need to.

Just keep trying. It took me a lot of starts before I gained traction 3 weeks ago, hence my avatar...spinning wheels! Hang in there, a few more days and you will feel like it's been weeks!
