I think the very best thing to do is, as Trucker suggested, see human resources or your supervisor...bullies hate to be shown up as bullies...I know you don't want to out yourself, but by 'telling everyone that you are a drunk' isn't this person doing that anyway?
I'd rather set the record straight than be slandered.
The other option is simply ignoring this person, and let who you clearly are now be your response

I'd suggest following the chain of command: talk to the bully first and if it doesnt' stop, then talk to management. It IS harassment and it IS illegal in the workplace. Has anyone else expressed support for you? Does this bully do this to others also?
So yeah, talk to the bully first, management second, and if it's still happening, tell management you're hiring an attorney to look into this... that ought to make them move in the right direction. NO ONE should have to endure this crap.
