Home Videos when you were still drinking
Has anyone watched home videos from the time when they still drank?
Luckily, most of the videos I have are taken when we are out somewhere and drinking is not present. The few that I have where I can get my hands on a beer you can be sure that I have my hands on one.
One I saw of me where I have the big O' bottle tucked away near the TV where I was sitting. My own little drinking station with the glass and sipping away like a rat that keeps pressing the button to get the coke. It was disturbing...

In sobriety....
I tore up the pictures of drunken Carol.
Did the same with nude shots.
I did not want the reminders nor did I want my
non drinking younger family members to see them.
They never saw me have a drink
tho I make no secret of my AA recovery.
Isn't it super we are no longer drunks?
