Hi redroad, I'll be spending my July 4th here at home with the family working on getting our boat ready to take on vacation for 2 weeks fishing July 9th. So no big plans for the 4th, just getting ready for vacation.

Coming up on 5 months sober for me so that's something good. And tomorrow will be 1 full week of being smoke free. So that's good news for my lungs!

I don't celebrate the 4th of July so I won't have to worry!! heheh

HOWEVER, I do celebrate Canada Day and it is this comming thursday and I will NOT be partaking in the consuming of the alcohol.

Regardless the countries that like to celebrate...an juice it up with booze.....an blow firecrackers and think that their free.....and then start the process all over that following mondays and all you can hear is the same ole complaints........almost like its in the "oxy" compartment. :day6

I had to work with my partner who was pretty much Dr. Jeckyll all yesterday... so THAT is what. would have made me drink- - not celebrating the 4th

Regardless, I did not celebrate either occasion by drinking ;-)
