Hey, lucky man! You can write on SR. I've never even read SR when I drank.

Put glass down. Drink water. Call family or friend! Write and read SR. We are here with you at 7/24 every day.

To be more clear, alcohol is one of the few drugs where you can die just from withdrawal. Alcohol withdrawal is more deadly than opiate withdrawal.

See a Dr ASAP, be completely honest with him/her in regards to your alcohol use, frequencies and volumes, and anything else you take, even OTC meds or supplements.

If you're drinking 24/7, you need help detoxing - get to an emergency room or treatment center. It's OK to give up.... infact it's the best thing you could do right now. You don't deserve to live like this, really.

I remember those days. I got help a year ago and should have done it sooner. Take a deep breath and just get to a hospital like so many of us did
