Paulos, I hear you. I understand your frustration but you cant live on yesterday's recovery . What's done is done but your 344 days sober are not lost.YOu know what's like when you were sober and enjoying a beautiful stable life. So all what you need now is to have a little bit of faith in yourself and your HP. You can have again another 344 days sober and even more if you are willing enough . You can learn from your past mistakes and avoiding repeating the same mistakes. Now, you know what works and what doesnot work. I would concentrate on what works with me. You'll see in few days you will feel better and keep going on no matter what.

Thank you, I guess I just feel like I am such a failure and all these bad feelings of course come with the post relapse you see. I guess I feel I'm just in SO MUCH trouble....
