Well, It's Friday
and today is my third day of trying to remain sober...It is hard today. I am glad to say each day physically i am feeling a bit better, but the craving is there. Especially tonight. It's Friday. It's been a long week. This is typically when I tie one on and down a couple of beers, then a "big" bottle of wine(you know the one i am talking about), then a few mixed drinks, maybe a few more beers and get good and wasted.
The craving is there and I am fighting it. Last night I cleaned the house to keep me busy, tonight I think i will compile some songs about recovery and getting over drinking. I need some songs to add to the playlist.
Any suggestions?

I'm on day 3, right there with you. I have kids so normally I would have them around and know they would be ashamed if I just gave up, however they are all out bowling. I've been sitting on here since they left to keep my mind off it. Hang in there!
