First night out sober......and I survived.
63 days sober........I went to a pre-Juno party last nght at a downtown bar. I stayed for three hours and had a pepsi.......I realized when I drove home that it was the first time in my life I had driven home from a club. I'm not a clubber......I was in it for the gift bags being given out afterwards....lol. Another hurdle over with and free stuff to boot!!

It really wasnt that hard for me. I wasnt a go out party drinker. I liked drinking alone. So living alone every day and dealing with daily stresses sober is my challenge. But I'm doing well. Day by day......Happy Sunday!

Sounds like my old drinking style was like yours... I drank mostly alone, at home, when we did go out I didn't drink that much..it's the everyday kinda stuff that triggers me.... bu thank god.. another sober Saturday night..
I'm going to a pub tonight for a fundrasier for free stuff!! and will just drink my coke!!!
