It's called active addiction ...it's alcoholism.

I thought you were going to check into your employers
program for assistance. What happened to that idea?

I am seeing an EAP counselor once a week.

P boy,

What has the EAP recommended to you? Maybe it's time to consider rehab?

Love,

Lenina

When you get really fed up, why not head down to AA, do what they suggest and get recovered...then you won't have all this crap to deal with...

I read your post in our Alcoholism 12 Step Support forum
I am so pleased you are asking for information....
and already had 2 solid replies.

The thing about AA....no one I know came into those rooms
because they were elated about their drinking...

I was depressed ....had lost the ability to enjoy life.
Drinking had turned me into a woman I detested.
I was a mental mess.

I consider meetings are like classrooms for a better way
of living. The more often I went...the quicker I learned.
AA remains to be an awesome adventure for me
and can be for you too.....
