Of course you are scared Alcohol is a toxic
liquid that is a depressant too.
I'm so sorry you returned to drinking..

I here on day one so I don't have any experience but I do know I am more scared of living like a drunk like I was than being sober.

It took me 2 ER trips and a whole lot of talking to my doctor to even have a chance at making it thru the first month. If you go thru the hell I went thru,you will never return to drinking. It's flat out deadly and see your Doc! I did not care about anything but surviving!!!!

6 Months sober today!
