Anyone have any experience w/Baclofen?
I'm currently taking Campral, but with no insurance and a fixed income, I can no longer afford it. I have read a bit about Baclofen being used to curb cravings. Anyone have any personal experience w/this?

Welcome to SR
I have no experience with any anti craving drug, but I think it's always best to check with your Dr - we can't give medical advice here
A lot of ppl here find a recovery programme of some kind is useful to them - and free to boot...have you thought about that?

I understand that.
I realised I have taken baclofen but in regards to my spasticity, many years before my alcoholism. It was a difficult drug to come off for me I seem to remember, but I was a child then.
Regardless of people's experiences here, you'll still need professional input.
Good luck

Welcome to our SR Alcoholism Forum...
I did not use any drug to recover from my alcoholism.
ergo...I have no personal experience to share on
anti craving drugs.
I can tell you tho...from my experience and 20 years
of knowing sucessfully non drinking alcoholics...
You too can stop drinking without drugs....
All my best
