I just wanted to wish everyone a wonder ful and sober day. Every day we have our health is a good day so let's all work towards bringing our bodies and our minds back to health.....every day we don't drink is one day closer to that goal. Take care of you....xo

Happy Tuesday, Shantra. My day is going smoothly so far, made it to work before 6 a.m., got some work done and then did my readings and wrote in my journal.

I am going to be working on Step Three with my sponsor this afternoon and I am looking forward to it.
