thanks everybody
it's nice to wake up sober, seldom happens to me
it's not good opening bottles and cans in front of your kid, he'll remember
first second day of detox is like watching ten feature films one night waking every 30 minutes
i know what's good and bad
my mind does not need alcohol in the morning, body does
my body would rather not drink in the evening but mind needs it
these are two good fellows in agreement most of times
body wins in the morning and mind has its evenings

If you ever decide to stop (and it has to be YOUR decision), there's lots of ways to do it. Please don't give up hope. The sober life is SO much better. I didn't believe it either until I stopped just over 5 months ago. I've been able to do it without any formal program, but I do get some face-to-face support from friends and family and LOTS of support here at SR. Whatever you decide, please keep coming back!
