Co-Dependancy

Ive been told I am co-dependant by a social worker I understand what it means but I just want little more info on it if anyone knows anytthing about it. And how too stop being codependant I dont know.:wtf2

Here's the website for Codependents Anonymous Welcome to Co-Dependents Anonymous World Fellowship What helped me to identify my own codependency was hearing this list Patterns of Codependency or Am I Codependent? read at my first CoDA meeting, I could identify with most of it.
