Day 4

Hi all,

Today is day 4 and man do I feel better. I have been taking welbutrin again and it really seems to help. I have absolutely no desire to drink right now, but I'm very scared because the desire WILL come back, it always does. So, my plan... go to an AA meeting tomorrow. I know they work, just need to go to one...

Thanks everyone!

Thank you for staying sober today! Please keep moving forward!

Meetings are very important, but they are not as beneficial as stepwork.
Meetings do help us to stay sober daily, but stepwork helps us to recover.

Hopefully, when you get to a meeting, you will get to know some potential
sponsors. i strongly recommend asking someone who has worked all twelve.

Keep close to your step study, and don't believe the lies your 'disease mind' might tell you.

Well done! You are past the worst part -- the physical addiction. Now focus on the mental addiction.

AA is the major part of my recovery -- one day at a time.
