What a sad sad deal. 7 people dead and those loved ones on both sides have to pick up the pieces and live with this aftermath.
As far as questioning her level of intoxication... .19 or whatever... maybe debatable. Her family claims there's no way she could have been that drunk as there was no signs that she was such a drinker. But how did she drive 1.7 miles down the wrong side of the roadway? That's not a case of dangerous texting. Besides that, she'd lost her cell phone at a rest stop a way back.
