We have all been there. Not thinking we could live with alcohol or without it. The bottle plays terrible games with our mind. It is really great to see you on here. Seeking help is the best thing you could possibly be doing. Reach out: this forum, AA, etc. Your on the right track... we know its not easy but that third day can be yours. I'm on day 72 and I just can not believe I have made it this far. Its all due to talking to people who struggle just like I do. Allowing feelings of isolation to fester will lead back to a drink every damn time--at least that's my experience.
