Hello
Hello Everyone,
It is officially my 8th day of sobriety and I finally feel like I am on the right track with my life. I am still experiencing some withdrawal symptoms like nausea, insomnia, and dry mouth/sore throat but even with these I still feel better then I have in years. Here is hoping for a better tomorrow .

If you're hungry, eat.
If you're angry, prayer and meditation can help, or talk to someone else. Pick up the phone before you pick up a drink.
If you're lonely call a friend or get to a meeting, do your best not to isolate.
And if you're tired, get some rest.
Clean, welcome to SR!

Welcome!
Do not ever let yourself too Hungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired. This is when my defenses are most likely to be down. When a craving is more likely to hit. Take care of yourself. :ghug
Ah, and buckle up and hang on tight. Recovery is quite a ride. And worth every minute of it!
