All I wanna do is self harm. Just cut my name in my arm dont know what to do phoned the mental health crisis team they told me its because Im drunk and they wont do anything about it, my doctor wont do nothing they dont even wanna look at it. Im getting treated with contempt. Just as an alki is at hospital.
Ive had enough. Dont wanna die but I wanna cut myself.

Sorry for your current misery. Sucks to be where you are right now, but I'm glad you are still posting. My comments to you remain the same as they were 10 days ago.

Not sure what you are looking for here, but I'm sorry you're going through troubles.

Maybe there are a few simple things you need to do in order to convince the folks who can help you that you are serious. Maybe you need to stop drinking, leave your house, and go to the emergency room.

Not that I'm suggesting this is the right thing for everyone to do...but... When I had my first week of sobriety I wanted to harm myself too. As FI suggested, I went to the ER, told them I was suicidal, and earned myself a trip to a behavorial center. I know that might sound a little drastic, but looking back it was one of the best things I've done for my recovery. It got me some answers, it helped steer me down the right path.

if you call 911 they will come for you, and probably send you to a mental health hospital, which is probably the best thing for you right now, instead of posting

Hi Trip, I am sorry you are feeling like this. I was looking at this website recently, perhaps it might help Self Injury and Self Harm, providing help & support on self harm, self injury.

I think your Doctor should be taking this seriously, could you ask to be referred to a Psychiatrist? I have depression and it is getting worse so I recently asked my GP to do that, he didn't really want to but ethically they should do if you push for it.

Things have been sorted now got the alcohol crisis liason to sort it so I can get some help.

Gotta go for counselling next week and probably a mental hospital.

i have had contact before with an organization call m.i.n.d..

they are a charitable group that can put pressure on the right people to get you the right help..

lovely people that helped me out in berkshire.......not far from you..

if you cant get the help you need give them a call.......if you google m.i.n.d your get all the info you need.
